It believes in off-shoring applications development, maintenance, testing and implementation, so as to focus on core competencies, accelerating deployment times and reducing costs. The result is greater synergies in IT resource deployment.

Selecting the right applications to offshore is of vital importance. The comprehensive Right-shoring Toolkit (RST) that we have developed helps the customer in adopting the best right-shoring approach to select the right applications, solutions and services to offshore. RST leads to effective partnership between GLT and its customers and enables them to attain the optimum offshore/onsite balance.
