Project Statistics
GLT GMG team comprised of 45 resources including developers, technical architects, business analysts and project managers.
Resource expertise lies in areas of Java/ J2EE, DB2, Websphere, MQ Series, AIX, XML and Messaging domain.
Secondees on full time basis with participation from HK, UK and US at GLT.
Working committees totalling 35 senior management personnel from across the HSBC Group.
Almost 36 months of project lifecycle includes:
• 8 months – Requirement gathering, documentation, POC
• 12 months – Coding, unit testing, code enhancement
• 6 months – Integration Testing
• 10 months – Implementation, UAT
