Job Description:

  • Establishing and managing an organization-wide process assets repository.
  • Building and sustaining the process culture in the organisation.
  • Providing regular ongoing process consulting to project teams.
  • Planning and conducting process reviews and audits on projects.
  • Designing and implementing an ongoing metrics program for the organisation and its projects.
  • Supporting the automation of engineering and management activities on projects
  • Driving new process and quality initiatives such as CMM, CMMI, and PCMM.

Software Engineers & Senior Software Engineers: (Job Code: SEPG - A01)
Sound understanding of software development and maintenance (at least 1-3 years)
Exposure to the process and quality function (at least 1-2 years)
Process implementation experience
