Positions:

Software Engineers & Senior Software Engineers:
2-5 years' experience. Must have sound technical, communication and team skills.

Team Leaders & Associate Project Managers:
5-9 years' experience. Will be responsible for teams, technical reviews, quality, design and configuration. Knowledge of formal estimation, techniques and quality processes is essential.

Senior Project Managers:
13-16 years' experience.

Plan, direct, control and successfully execute on the various project assigned, adhering to Group / GLT quality standards and software engineering practices

• Project Management: Project planning, Project size, effort and schedule estimation, Project monitoring, Software configuration management, Project status reporting and Risk Management.
• Project Lifecycle: Project initiation, Requirements management, Design, Project closure
• Quality management
• People Management
• Costs Management / Productivity
