Contact Centre Architect

Job Description:

• Extensive experience with UML & RUP. Must be proficient in using Rational Suite/Rose.
• Real Time Design patterns knowledge and implementation experience.
• Developed/Designed Real Time Systems.
• Experience in handling performance and reliability issues
• Experience in worked on multithreading and socket programming.
• Distribution, concurrency and memory issues.

2-4 years’ experience in C++ language

Software Engineers & Senior Software Engineers (Job Code: CCA A01):
2-5 years' experience. Must have sound technical, communication and team skills. High energy levels and a desire to learn are required.
