Performance Management

GLT seeks to reinforce an environment and culture based on merit and performance. Therefore, the processes for performance management allow a shared understanding about what is to be achieved by each employee and how this is measured and managed. Written annual performance appraisals are required for all associates. All appraisals are fully discussed with the individual concerned and are countersigned by an appropriate manager.
