The importance of regulation and its affect on GLT cannot be over emphasised. Therefore, all businesses will develop and maintain, as appropriate, procedures for identifying the requirements of regulatory bodies that associates have to satisfy, by either qualifications or training and accreditation. In addition, support will be provided for associates to acquire such qualifications and accreditation as part of the on-going training and development of associates.
