At GLT, one gets to work with the latest technologies across varied platforms. We offer a variety of career streams like Project Management, Technology Solutions, Process and Quality, Software Testing, Business Domain, Technical Specialist and Product Specialist.

As part of Project Management, associates with the requisite skills plan projects, manage the quality of deliverables, interact with clients, manage teams, and coordinate onsite and offshore activities.

Technology Solutions include software development teams spread across Mainframes, AS/400 systems, and Web technologies. The project teams work closely with the customers and the technical and functional architects to deliver high quality systems and solutions. Competencies in solutions architect design, database design and administration and technology case study publication, qualify associates to be a part of this stream.

Opportunities in the software Engineering Process Group reside here and associates from Process and Quality Management support the software delivery teams. This team has set up guidelines, procedures, and measurements for the development teams. Regular audits of the delivery processes are conducted that improve the quality of the deliverables. Competencies required to be a part of this team include knowledge of software Capability Maturity Models, ISO and Process Mapping.

Business Domain Knowledge in the BFSI domain can be advantageous for those interested in coming on board as Business Analysts as part of the Business Solutions team. Associates taken on as Business Analysts possess expertise in domains such as Private and Personal Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Financial Markets, Commercial Banking, Insurance, Treasury and Risk Management, Consumer Finance and other financial verticals.

Software Testing provides career opportunities in testing with a focus on product, unit, system, and module testing. Associates get the opportunity to use the latest testing tools to write test plans and test scripts.

The Technical Specialist stream offers opportunities to associates aspiring for a career in the technical area. These associates work as independent consultants to various project teams and are responsible for gathering requirement analysis, prepare technical specifications, successive design and development of modules, provide technical solutions, mentoring and training.

The Product Specialists are specific product teams, which closely work on their respective products for e.g. Pega, Vision Plus, MKS and so on. Associates working in these teams are product / functional experts who own the module and are responsible for meeting business requirements, reviewing and designing functional specifications.
