To provide Quality Technology Solutions and Support to the HSBC Group in a timely and cost efficient manner in line with Group Standards.

The end-customer, HSBC Group, is central to any initiative that we undertake. We serve our end-customer through our Partners, who are often located close to the business. If our delivery does not result in clear value addition to our customers, then it will not generate value for GLT.
